Shipping policy

MADE TO ORDER

Every moonbae piece is printed for you after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why dispatch takes a few days longer than stock items — and why each piece is made only once someone wants it.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 4pm are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME (INDIA)

Metro and major cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Other serviceable pin codes: 5–12 business days after dispatch
Remote pin codes served by India Post: up to 15 working days after dispatch

Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5–11 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your pin code and order weight. Any charges are shown before you pay.

TRACKING

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check your address and phone number before paying. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or a refused delivery can be re-shipped once you pay the reshipping cost. We can't refund the original shipping charge on a returned-to-origin order.

DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Weather, strikes, regional restrictions and courier backlogs can delay delivery. If a shipment hasn't been attempted within 15 days of dispatch, write to us and we'll either remake and reship it or refund you in full.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If the courier confirms your shipment is lost, we'll remake and reship it or refund you in full — your choice.
